Among these are the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tram, Lake Winnipesaukee, Clark's Trading Post, Polar Caves Park and the Santa's Village. Boating, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and swimming are popular seasonal activities in the area. The Summit Resort offers condominiums with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All units have dining rooms, televisions, AM/FM stereos and living rooms with fireplaces and balconies. Full kitchens with facilities like microwave ovens, dishwashers and refrigerators are also included. The Summit Resort is an all-season resort that features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a playground and a fitness center. Also on site are saunas, a spa, two tennis courts and a racquetball court. A tree-top level function room for various occasions can accommodate up to 125 guests.
